BROTHER SPECIES Some dragon species belonging in the same family might look very similar to each other. It might be difficult to tell anthro brother species apart, for example anthro Pocket dragons look exactly like anthro Poseidon's monsters.

WINGS: The wings are usually made of three fingers, and most of the times, a thumb. The wings are of course used for flight, but they can also be used for heating (by facing them towards the sun (the veins warm up) and for cooling (by flapping them). There are three kinds of wings: The three-fingered wings with a thumb (sometimes). The wings with only one finger and a thumb, and the feathered wings that look like a bird's. Anthros that have their wings attached on their arm are special in a way that they have six fingers instead of five. The sixth finger is long and used to control the wing.

THE DRAGON ROSE: It looks more like a blue daisy rather than a rose. A vary rare flower, it is found on high Stolis and is believed to cure infections

 

 

 

 

 

ARMY: You'd think that a small island that is secret from the world wouldn't need an army. But, Like I mentioned, the government knows about humans and they fear that someday the island will be discovered and attacked. So, an army is formed with highly trained soldiers and modern equipment. The officers, like the government, know about humans and are aware of the potential threat. Also, special equipment was designed in order to prevent the human's radars and satellites from seeing the island.

CURRENCY: The money used on the island are called pounds. (1 pound = 2 US dollars). The pound comes in paper money of 5, 10, 20 and 100 and 500 pounds and in coins of 2 cents, 1 cent, 5 cents. 10 cents, 20 cents and 50 cents. 100 cents is one pound.

THE GOVERNMENT: REPUBLIC The senate is made of one person from each species. The prime minister is elected by the people.

STING : The sting is triangular and red in color. It is poisonous and rarely used, mostly on self defense. It can also be used to slash the enemy,leaving deep wounds. Each dragon is immune to its own poison.

WALKING: Animal Dragons walk on their toes like dinosaurs. The tail swings slightly form left to right, following the body's 
motion.

MINI DRAGONS: Scientists have created mini versions of dragon species, for people who live in apartments to keep as pets. For safety in case they escape into nature, those animals are always sterile.

ON BEING CALLED A LIZARD/REPTILE: Many dragons might look reptilian. However, biologically, dragons are more closely related to birds and are warm-blooded, Being called a lizard or reptile is considered a swear word.

CLIMATE: The island's climate is characterized by cold winters with snow and warm summers. There is snow on the higher mountains every winters, On colder years, there can  be snow on lower altitudes. The government is aware of the human's effect on the weather. They have constructed two satellites that monitor the island's climate and keep it in "normal" . Access to those satellites is with four keys owned by four different people. All four keys need to be used at the same time.

Fluffing up: When startled or scared, a feathered dragon will fluff up its feathers to look bigger. A dragon that is not featheres will arch his back to try to look bigger.
